1927 + 聯邦最高法院判定公民權益可由父親賦予子女，子女的子女則不能引
用；也就是外國出生兒子一定要來美國取得公民權，其子女才能引用
生父的公民權益來美。

1932 + 羅省中華會館接待第一位參加奧林匹克運動會的中國選手劉長春，龍
岡親義公所前往碼頭舞獅。

1935 + 羅省李氏敦宗公所在舊華埠──洛杉磯阿拉密度街（Alameda
Street）購地建築會所。

1937 + 7月7日蘆溝橋事變，中國開始全面八年抗日戰爭，羅省中華會館響
應「共赴國難」號召，由主席梁桂岩推選朱守仁出任「抗日後援會」
主席，發動全僑籌募軍費，捐款活動包括春節獻金、雙十國慶獻金、
中秋節義賣、遊行勸募及工商界月捐等；並且發起「一碗飯」籌款運
