長及發展，是社區在過去40餘年中，對
中心具服務及改善社區的潛質與能力的人
士，長久集體支持之努力成果。該中心服
務工作成績卓著，備受讚揚；行政主任先
後為羅牲靈、朱關本愛、程復欣、潘明
秀、劉鴻安，Karen Blakeney，現任者為
伍競群。
