GEE TUCK, SAM TUCK ASSOCIATION OF LOS ANGELES, a California corporation, respectfully shows:

1. Gee Tuck Sam Tuck Association is a corporation organized and existing under and by virtues of the laws of the State of California.

2. Gee Tuck Sam Tuck Association was organized for the purpose of promoting fraternal and patriotic relationships of the members of the as-sociation and their families; to encourage one another in adjustment to the ideals of American life; to promote and develop brotherly relationships among members; and to participate in civic and patriotic affairs.

3. Gee Tuck Sam Tuck Association is also formed to promote the social welfare of its members and to conduct social and entertainment and
religious affairs and functions.
